Terms of Use

OrdrQ is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add the details that are specific to OrdrQ. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

Subscriptions

• OrdrQ offers two auto-renewing monthly subscriptions: Up to 5 Stores (A$9.99/month) and 6+ Stores (A$12.99/month). Prices in other countries are shown in the app in your local currency.
• New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID is charged the monthly price, and again each month.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or at the end of the free trial). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your OrdrQ account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Without an active subscription you can still sign in and see your stores and past orders, but you can't send new orders.

Your account and data

You are responsible for the orders you send and for the accuracy of your supplier and product details. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
